Confirm copy and brand assets

State what wording, logo files, and artwork you already have. The selected tier determines whether the project edits your wording, develops your ideas into website copy, or creates the messaging from the ground up.

Choose whether to review social-media options. The additional pricing stays hidden unless you decide it applies to your business.

Select website care

Choose the Vital Web Platform and support level first, then review monthly or prepaid billing at the final estimate.

Review the itemized estimate

The ledger shows the website package, any selected design services, recurring care, discounts, and the estimated initial invoice.

Confirm scope, build, and launch

After the request is reviewed, the scope and timeline are confirmed. Typical builds range from 2-10 days depending on package, materials, approvals, and access.

The project becomes easier when you can provide the core information that defines the business, but you do not need to arrive with finished wording, artwork, or branding. If all you have is the basic direction, we can help create the website copy, visual direction, artwork, and setup plan from there.

Scope confirmation before payment

The configurator produces an estimate request. The final project scope, timeline, revision approach, and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

No patient information through ordinary forms

Website and social-media forms should be used for general business inquiries only. Do not submit patient records, insurance information, or other private health information.

Major expansions are quoted separately

Large redesigns, custom systems, advanced integrations, and work beyond the selected package receive a separate quote.
